2. Process
---Cutting machine imported from Japan, less than 0.5mm different
---Welding robot imported from Japan, uniform fish scale welding, maximum strength
---PCM machine, make sure one-to-one matching of wood grain paper and frame to gain no joint and no gap wood grain effect as real wood grain
---More than 3 times polish, make sure frame is smooth enough to gain perfect finish treatment, more important that no metal thorn risk that will hurt your client
3. Complete and independent QC system
It will go with more than 10 quality inspections in the whole process for all the chairs to make sure all chairs is in good condition of ‘Safety, ‘Comfort, ‘Standard’, ‘Detail’ and ‘Value Package’.
