Yumeya commercial chair are built-to-last, we hope that all the chair we sold can be reliable and with great durability. We are also the 1st batch of manufacturer in China that provide 10 years warranty, now this warranty policy currently applies to frames and molded foam. If there is any structure problem of the chair under normal use, we will replace you a whole new chair.
For all Yumeya's chair, we promise 10 frame years warranty. Yumeya promise to replace a new chair within 10 years if the problem is causing by structure problem.
Molded Foam Warranty
Yumeya uses molded foam for seat cushion in most of the chair production. The foam of 65kg/m3 of density provide all the user with great comfort and also able to keep its good look for over 5 years.
So if there is any problem to the molded foam under normal use condition, we can replace you a new chair, free you from any after-sale costs.
